CELEBRATION III DIORAMA WORKSHOP

April 22, 2005

Day 2 started to create overflow in the completed Death Star Rooms.

It was a little confusing figuring out where everything should end up stacked next to each other.

A peak behind the scenes :) Looking at the backsides of the Dioramas that were being stacked on the exhibit tables.

April 22, 2005

Fans starting to see how the construction and assembly are progressing.

It's amazing what you can do as a group in just a couple of days.

April 22, 2005

Of course no Workshop is complete without some Dioramas on Exhibit.

In the corners of the Death Star Panels, were several of my Dioramas. Displayed for the first time in public alonside some of my Visitor Dioramas as well.

It's great to share our 15 minutes of fame with other talented Diorama Makers.

Here you see my Palpatine's Office on top. Center is my Naboo Hangar from Episode I. Below is the most awesome Outlander Club Diorama created by Dan Eversdyk

April 22, 2005

Dan's Diorama was designed in 6 sections that fit together to form a HUGE Outlander Club.

Now THIS is how Hasbro figures need to be displayed :)

NiubNiub remembers drooling on his shirt when seeing this baby in person :P

Check out the giant screen in the club announcing the Celebration III Convention :)

April 22, 2005

In it's first ever public display, fans were able to view my Naboo Hangar.

With more space and 3 more ships to stack on a second story, you could do a true movie accurate version.

April 22, 2005

Battle Droids never looked better.
