Once the front of the Mini Blast Door is cut out
we are ready for making Templates. |

Trace the edges of the Door onto a 15.5cm X 15.5cm
piece of foamcore. |

Now cut out along the pencil lines. |

Now use this piece to trace another Door. |

Take your ruler and continue the lines from all of
the sides.
This will give you 90 degree angles where the lines
connect. |

Now cut out along those lines. |

Cut out another frame then Hot Glue it to a 15.5cm
X 15.5cm rectangle. You need to do this 2 times. |

You also need to Hot Glue your 2 doors to a 15.5cm
X 15.5cm rectangles. |

Once hardened, Use the edges of the top layers to
cut through the bottom layer of your Door piece. |
