Time for the MacTac. On LARGE surfaces, this is how
to apply the vynil without scrapping your Foamcore.
Start by peeling back about 3 inches all the way
accross the roll. Fold the Wax paper so it will not
be in the way when you flip the MacTac right side
up. |

Align the MacTac with the bottom of the floor piece,
make sure it sticks out a little.
Now press down in the center and with your fingers,
wipe to the Left then to the Right. This removes air
bubbles and will get you off to a smooth start. |

Now gently pull on the wax paper to expose about
5 or so more inches.
As you pull, LIFT so it doesn't attach itself to
the Foamcore prematurely. |

As you are pulling the wax paper, press along the
center of the MacTac using a scrap piece of Foamcore.
This will assure that the MacTac fits smoothly onto
the Foamcore with NO bubbles. |

After pulling 5 or 6 inches, stop, and press outward
with the scrap Foamcore removing bubbles in the process. |

Repeat the same motion from the center for the other
side until the entire surface is secured in place.
Now pull another 5-6 inches of the wax paper and
repeat steps 006, 007 and 008 until the entire Foamcore
floor has been covered. |
|
 |
 |

accross the floor to remove any slight bubbles, or
folds that may have occured during the MacTac aplication. |
