At a craft store, John made me discover this really
cool wire that is wrapped with twine that looks like
mini tree branches.
Because of the metal interior, these guides will
keep their shape and strengthen the base. |

Wrap around with the wire along the inner and outer
wire.
When I created this first test, I cut the wires where
they connected. However for the BEST RESULT:
Overlap the wire about 1 to 1.5 inches. Then cut
at that point. This way you will have excess overlapping
wire to re-attach after slipping over the Tree. (page

For the logs, we by chance fell upon the most brilliant
and cost-effective product... Natural Reed Fencing.
Not only do you get 6 feet tall of material but almost
5 meters wide. Plus it's only around $30 at your local
hardware store. |

This is what the fence looks like out of package.
Since it is real bamboo, you don't even need to paint
it, it will look like the real endor movie set. |

with a pen at 2.5" inches wide. |

I had started with a hand saw but that ended up in
disaster. The BEST way to cut is to use wire cutters.
Yes it takes a little longer but the pieces will be
much cleaner. |
