There were a total of 35 Submissions. Out of those, only 32 answered all questions correctly.

Canada... 3, Germany...1, Netherlands...2, UK...1,and USA...25 .
Participants names were then given a number to preserve anonymity.

Andre from Legends Action Figures e-mailed me 4 numbers (between 1 and 32) that I then mixed in a bag. Picking out the Wining order for the prizes which I then matched to the order# I received the Emails. Simple enough... and the 2006 winners are...
