Hasbro bridges the gap between The Original Trilogy Collection and the new Revenge of the Sith toys by going back to the thematic waves seen in Saga '03 to '04. Utilizing the same cardback design template as The Original Trilogy Collection, the Post-OTC assortment is distinguished by the omission of the OTC badge and the Evil Empire vs. Rebellion theme and logos. The numerical sequence also rewinds back to #1 for 2005 beginning with Pablo-Jill. The red and blue icons still remain though, keeping the good and not so good character distinctions. The first three figures are based on the planet Coruscant with one Jedi Knight and two members of the Galactic Senate. |
