Gently fold the cut Decal over the edge of the Lower Layer of the table. Don't go too fast or you risk RIPPING the Decal. Not Good :P

October 10, 2004

Repeat the same process for all 12 Control Panel Notches.

Remember to Take Your Time.

Your Table should look like this when yu are done fcutting and folding.

Control Panels !!! This is the icing on the cake. Print the Control panels from the Download Section. I will post them later this week.

Use sticky Label Paper Sheets if available. They are really cool and save on glue.

October 10, 2004

Peel the backing or apply Glue Stick and press against CARDBOARD, NOT on Foamcore. It is too thick. We want a thinner panel then the .5cm Foamcore dimension.

October 10, 2004

Cut out your 12 Control Panel Carboard inserts. Don't they look cool? :)

October 10, 2004

Now we don't want ugly cardboard peeking through the table top so get out your black marker and cover all 4 sides of the Control Panels.

Do Not stay TOO LONG on the same area, the pen will tend to leak and the Decal and Cardboard will absorb the excess and make blotches.

October 10, 2004

Now take a Control Panel and place it into one of it's grooves.

Take your Hot Glue Gun and squirt a small amount of glue inside the opening between the Foamcore and Cardboard.

October 10, 2004

Carefully press down onto the Lower Layer. The Hot Glue will smoosh with the Control Panel and keep it from falling out.

October 10, 2004

Repeat the Hot Glue Smooshing 11 more times until all 12 Control panels are in place. Looking nice if I do say so myself :D

Find the Center of your table using your Angle Ruler.

October 10, 2004

Poke a hole through the Table Surface. This is where the Centerpiece will fit into.

October 10, 2004

I had an extra Darth Vader Interrogation Droid that just happens to be the same size as the Movie Centerpiece, So I simply cut off the Stand and removed the plastic pincers and probes.

BE CAREFULL when cutting the plastic stand. you need A LOT of pressure and can hurt your fingers if done too quickly.

October 10, 2004

Now stick the Probe into the hole in the center of the table.

October 10, 2004

Ta-Dah !!! Your Conference Table is now complete. What do you think? Look pretty cool doesn't it?
