Then place some more Hot Glue to the opposite side of the ceiling.

July 14, 2008

Now with the ceiling secure, the Rear door arch will not slip and slide.

You can now put some Hot Glue along the Right wall edge and gently press the door frame down onto it to secure it in place.

Do not place the Hot Glue all the way up the wall !!!

If you do so it will harden too quickly and you wont get a clean, flush finish. Just the few first inches as you see with the Yellow Arrows at a time.

July 14, 2008

Keep your fingers pressed tighly until the Hot Glue cools down.

July 14, 2008

Now take some black art paper and cut 2 long strips measuring 6cm by the length of the cardboard sheet.

July 14, 2008

Now start smudging your gluestick in a wave pattern to cover a great even surface.

July 14, 2008

Then gently use the gluestick to glide along the door frame edges.

Follow the yellow arows :)

July 14, 2008

Now press the cardboard agaisnt the inside walls.

START at the CENTER of the wall pressing where you see the RED arrow.

Then follow the YELLOW arrows outward. On the FLAT walls and ceiling, press the cardboard against the full wall edges.

When you reach the curves, use your Index finger and ONLY press against the Front and Rear EDGES. This is so that you will get a smooth CURVED wall effect.

July 14, 2008

After you glue one piece, do the same until the entire inside archway is covered. At one point the cardboard will overlap.

Cut the longest piece to fit just over the center of the other. The Dotted Yellow line.

Use gluestick on the underside of the TOP cardboard and press along against the bottom cardboard.

Now for Decals...

Start with the doorway ceiling. Peel away or gluestick the decal and align the neons center ceiling, FLUSH with both sides of the door front and rear.

Press down in the center first #1

Then spread out towards the outside #2 and #3. Then using your Index finger, gently round the corners #4 and #5.

July 14, 2008

Cut out the decals for the doorway sides.

July 14, 2008

Align the Neons between the floor and ceiling arches.

July 14, 2008

Do the same with the opposite side wall. Make sure to align the center of the decals to make it seem it is one continuous graphic line.

July 14, 2008

Grab a little piece of Black Mac Tac. The same plastic that is used for the Death Star floors.

For this Door base you just need a xxcm x 6cm piece.

July 14, 2008

Peel back the Mac Tac backing to expose it's adhesive side and carefully place centered along the doorway floor.

July 14, 2008

Now grab the door you cut away and slowly and gently place it inside the archway.

Since it is the same cut, it should fit like a glove.
