Now drip a dab (say that fast 5 times LOL) of Hot Glue onto the supports and then gently rest one of the GREY straw pipes onto the glue before it hardens.

March 19, 2005

Now its just a matter of layering, like a cake.

Place some Hot Glue onto the straw behind each colum and then place a strip of foamcore on top of the straw.

March 19, 2005

Now take the 2nd Grey Straw and glue that on top of the supports.

March 19, 2005

More glue on the straws, then the supports onto the glue.

March 19, 2005

Now for a black straw.

March 19, 2005

Some glue and strips on top of the Black Straw.

March 19, 2005

And the final Black Straw is glued on top of the supports.

That wasn't that hard now was it? :)

March 19, 2005

And just look how cool that looks from the front :) Hee hee.

March 19, 2005

Now glue the Top 5cm Ventilation strip to the Top of the Front Wall.

Make sure to align it flush with the top so that the Ceiling Decal will not be all bumpy.

After that, Glue the rear 6cm back wall to create an enclosed box.

March 19, 2005

Use the Hot Glue Gun to attach the Ventilation Shaft to the Alcove and a Blast Doors.

You can see the complete Blast Door Instructions if you haven't built yours yet. Come back to this Step once it has been assembled.

Looking fantsatic !!!
