You only need to slice where the pieces need to
BEND in the CORNERS.
If you tried to bend un-sliced foamcore, we all
know it would just crack and break. |

This way it bends perfectly following the curve
of the Neon Rectangle front.
Apply Hot Glue to the INSIDE of the curve while
holing it down in place with your other hand. |

Make sure the curved side pieces align FLUSH with
the front wall (see where the yellow arrows point

Once the first strip is attached to the Neon Front,
turn it around and attach the other strip in the
exact same way you did the first. |

With both end pieces secure, you can now measure
and cut the center strip that will attach both together. |

need to add some extra scrap pieces for added strength.
