Place the Diorama on a piece of Foamcore and trace
along the edges of the floor shape.
BEFORE CUTTING !!!!
Make sure to add an extra 2cm on the edges so that
the ceiling can rest on top of the walls. |

You must start to know by now that the Death Star
ceilings are all about Strips :)
Cut out TEN strips 52cm X 3cm wide. |

Use the Hot Glue gun to secure the first strip in
place. Make sure to align it perfectly with the front
of the ceiling. |

Place a spacing strip - DO NOT GLUE - and Hot Glue
another strip to the ceiling. |

Your ceiling should now look like this. Continue
with the spacing, glueing until all TEN strips are
secured in place. |

When all strips have cooled off, it's time to trim them.

Flip the ceiling upside down... |

... and SLOWLY trim all excess strips with your Exacto
knife.

When all trims are completed, you will have a perfect Death
Star ceiling waiting to be placed on top of the walls. |

Flip your ceiling with the strips facing downwards and
place on top of the walls.
NO NEED to GLUE . Especially if you want to use this Diorama
as a playset. :) |

Oh yeah, One last thing... You will need a Blast Door if
you want it to be accurate :P
Go to the blastdoors instructions for the Step by Step
pictures and Blueprints for all the measurements then come
back here. |
