MacTac your Wall Base Floor as you did the previous
Sections. |

Align the Supports with the Edge of the Floor base
and use A LOT of Hot Glue to attach the 2 pieces together.
Here is a case that MORE is BETTER :)
The Wall weighs A LOT. The last thing you want is
for it to tip over and wake up one morning and see
your Diorama all crushed to bits. |

Now that the Wall was in place, I noticed that the
weight was making the Floor bend out of shape.
So I cut some extra 6 Inch pieces and added some
Extra Supports to the Rear. |

And here is the Front or Inside of the Docking bay
if you will. Looking Spiffy with the Glossy Floor. |

One thing that might happen to you too...The main
Beams do NOT touch the floor.
We will have to use a little Hot Glue to help keep
the Walls at the proper 90 Degree Angle. |
|
 |
 |
|
May 19, 2003
After a little Hot Glue the Beams are Secure and
our wall isn't going anywhere :)
Doesn't that floor look cool? :D Look at the difference
between the MacTac Gloss and the plain Black Foamcore.
What a difference.
Now I shall print the remaining Wall Decals and
stick them in place. |

Ta - Dah... This looks so cool after only 3 hours
of applying decals.
I LOVE that Elevator !!!

Again, I must say how Amazing it is that Decals bring
so much Life to a Diorama.
I will have these up for you as well very soon. |

Time to finish the Rear Corner Wall. The one that
is right next to the Giant Neon Opening.
I cut a 2 Inch X 2 Inch Square and then cut that
in Half. |
|
 |
 |
|

I then placed my ruler against the edge of the Center
Cut and cut off the Corner Tip. |
|
 |
 |
May 19, 2003
I now have a nice Construction Beam type shape. This
will work well for Details as well as create a strong
bond for the 2 Foamcore Walls. |
|
 |
 |
May 19, 2003
I repeated the cuts for about 12 or so pieces. |
|
 |
 |
May 19, 2003
Using a FULL Triangle half as a Guide, I Hot Glued
my Beam Support to the Back of the Rear Wall at .5cm
from the Edge.
DO NOT GLUE the Guide :) |
|
 |
 |

This is what your Glued piece should look like :D |
|
 |

Now repeat the same steps 4 or 5 times. Nothing really
specific. Just far enough between to make a goor support
for the joining Foamcore Wall. |
