... and add some folds in it. This is the bottom
of the Robe that will fit behind Mace's feet. |

Gently wrap the rectangle behind Mace's Boots with
the folds facing front.
In this picture you can also see how I started to
detail the back of the robe. But more on that later. |

Here is what the rectangle piece looks like from
the front.
Now you understand why we put folds into the little
rectangle :D |

Now carefully blend the piece to the rest of the
Robe.
If it doesn't reach the Thigh pieces, add a little
extra material and blend in all the folds to make
it look like it's one piece of material. |

Let's get back to the back of the Robe and sculpt
a Hood.
You might notice the shape is different then the
picture on page 2.
I dragged the folds downwards to the edge of the
Hood base. Now cut 2 little triangles from the pile
of flattened Super Sculpey. |

Curl the bigger triangle at the top of the Shoulders
and place the smaller triangle just below it.
Looks like a pair of Pillsbury Turnovers doesn't
it?
Yummm, Niub hungry :) |

Now just blend all the pieces together.
I used the Saga Nikto as a Reference for the shape.
Looks pretty cool even if it will be hidden behind
the chair. |

Here is mace back in his chair. Looks a little bulky
but will look more proportioned when painted. |

Now use the Hair Dryer one last time to make sure
all the Super Sculpey is hard enough to paint. |

And the finished Sitting mace.
Now why can't hasbro make something like this? Looks
cool and would save us a lot of trouble :) |

And mace in his resting place of Palpatine's Office.
Well that's it... The Diorama is now complete. Time
to take some pictures and put this Diorama to rest.
I can't believe it took me 6 months. |
