Final Thoughts:	I LOVE the cape but this again looks nothing like the movie actor and is kinda boring. He looks like a young Robin Williams - LOL. Again, this hobbit has feet that point to the sky. Did they put them in their packaging while the plastic was still hot? Impossible to stand up if you don't stick him on a peg. Too bad. XX
